I have been working in communications since I was in High School, ever since I was the Photo Editor of my High School Newspaper. In college, I first worked as a designer, then the Art Director and Assistant Web Master of The Miami Hurricane, the independent paper of the University of Miami. During my time at The Miami Hurricane, the paper received over 40 collegiate press awards, including a Pacemaker finalist in 2009 – the highest award in college journalism.
Since graduating from college, I’ve focused on digital and social media, using what I’ve learned in journalism to create effective social media campaigns. Through my graduate work, I’ve had the opportunity to intern for 360i, work with ESPN, and create my own projects through independent studies and non-profit work.
